½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ cup soymilk
2 cups blueberries (You can use fresh or frozen)

Preheat oven to 350F. Line muffin cups with paper liners, or spray with cooking spray.
