Quick Fried Rice and Veggies

You're day is going quick, and you have 30 minutes to make food, and no idea what to make. What do you do? You plan ahead for busy days like this, and keep frozen veggies and frozen leftover rice in your freezer! If you do have time, and are able to plan ahead even more, you can even add some delicious spring rolls! 











Ingredients:
1 or 2 bags frozen vegetables
2-4 cups whole grain rice
1 can curried glutens
Braggs Amino Acid to taste
Peanuts for garnish

Steam vegetables in a frying pan with a lid. If the rice you are using is frozen leftovers, you'll want to add it at the same time as the vegetables. Top off with peanuts and Braggs Amino Acids or low sodium soy sauce.
